The hotel's location is really convenient, close to the airport and near the shopping mall. The staff is super accommodating with special requests, but the rooms are a bit dingy, especially the smoking room we got with the children.

The hotel was clean, neat, and comfortable, but there was a smell of cigarette smoke from a previous guest in the room. Unfortunately, there was no bottled water provided. On the bright side, the friendly service and accommodating staff made the stay enjoyable. The location was convenient for our travels but not ideal for solo walks due to safety concerns. The dining experience offered nutritious and delicious meals, although a variety of options could have improved it. The facilities were satisfactory, offering everything needed for a pleasant stay.
